Terms & Policies
Client Service Agreement
This guide explains how we work together to create standout real estate media. It’s here so everything runs smoothly… you can focus on your listing, and we can focus on making it shine!
1. What We Do
We produce media for real estate professionals.
Photo, video, and drone services.
2. Delivery Times
As a new company, our goal is to get to the industry-standard turnaround of 24-48 hours by the end of 2025.
Currently, you can expect delivery in 2-4 days from the day of the shoot.
3. Changing or Cancelling Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us at least 24 hours ahead of time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shoot will be charged a $100 fee.
We offer one courtesy reschedule per client per month (as long as it’s more than 24 hours out).
No-shows will be charged the full shoot fee and may lose booking privileges.
4. Media Licensing (Who Owns What)
We own the media we create. You receive a license to use it for your business.
You can use the media for:
Zillow, Redfin, and all other listing sites
Your personal website and social media
Marketing yourself as the listing agent
You cannot:
Sell or give the media to others (builders, designers, stagers, etc.)
Edit or reuse files for future listings without approval
Request raw, unedited files
5. Portfolio Use
We may showcase your photos and videos in our portfolio, on our site, or on social media.
If there’s a reason we shouldn’t (privacy, etc.), let us know before the shoot and we’ll respect that.
6. What We Need From You
To keep the shoot efficient:
Make sure the home is clean and staged
Provide clear access details (lockbox, gate codes, alarms)
Share any special requests before the shoot
If we can’t get in or the home isn’t ready, we may reschedule or charge a fee.
7. Limits of Our Responsibility
We aim for the highest quality, but we’re not responsible for:
How well the listing performs
Delays caused by outside platforms
Indirect or unexpected problems
If an issue arises, our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for that shoot.
8. Paying for Shoots
Payment is due within 2 days of delivery.
We accept debit or credit cards, or direct bank transfer.
We will send you an electronic invoice upon delivery (Stripe)
If payment is late, a flat $25 late fee may apply.
9. Agreement
Booking a shoot means you agree to these terms.
Our goal is to make your listings look amazing! Let’s make your listing shine!
Property Access & Liability Waiver
This waiver explains the terms for Treasure Frames 360 Media (“we”, “our”, “us”) to access a property for photo and video services. By booking a shoot, you (“the client” or “agent”) agree to the following:
1. Permission to Enter
Please make sure you have permission from the owner, tenant, or whoever’s in charge to let us onto the property for photo, video, or drone work.
If we’re getting in with a lockbox, code, or garage opener, it’s your responsibility to double-check that it works at the time of the shoot.
2. Condition of Property
The home should be safe and photo-ready when we arrive.
For safety reasons, we don’t clean, move furniture, or handle personal items. Everything should already be set the way you’d like it shown.
If the space isn’t ready or safe to shoot, we may need to reschedule or cancel.
3. Pets and People
For the best results, the property should be free of people during the shoot unless agreed in advance.
Please make sure pets are safely secured so they don’t wander into shots or get startled by equipment.
4. Safety and Liability
We carry liability and drone insurance and take great care on every shoot.
That said, we can’t be held responsible for things outside our control, such as:
Pre-existing damage
Injuries we didn’t cause
Theft, loss, or accidents we didn’t cause
You agree to release Treasure Frames 360 Media from claims related to issues we are not responsible for.
If something does happen as a direct result of our work, we’ll handle it in good faith through our insurance.
5. Drone and Aerial Media
We follow FAA Part 107 rules and only fly in legal airspace.
If restrictions apply, drone work may need to be canceled or rescheduled at no charge.
Clients are responsible for checking any HOA or neighborhood rules in advance.
If someone objects during a flight, we’ll do our best to calm the situation and continue under FAA rules.
If we have to stop, we’ll capture what we can, and a return for aerials will be offered at a reduced $150 drone-only rate.
6. Weather and Environment
Outdoor light, sky, and landscaping can affect how the property looks in photos and video.
We can’t control the weather, so if conditions make shooting unsafe or poor quality, we’ll reschedule at no charge.
If conditions are sufficient quality by our standards, but you’d like a different look (for example, sunnier skies), that would count as a new booking at the standard rate. That means you would have to pay twice.
For exterior-only reshoots, we may be able to offer a reduced rate depending on crew availability.
7. Reshoots and Return Visits
If we need to come back because of property conditions, access issues, or other client-related problems, it will be billed as a full new booking at the standard rate. This means the client is responsible for both the original booking and the return visit.
For small pickups, we may offer a reduced fee starting at $150, depending on crew availability and travel.
If the reshoot is due to our mistake, it will be covered at no cost.
8. Agreement and Acceptance
By booking a shoot or giving us property access, you agree to this waiver.
A signature isn’t required for it to apply.
For questions or requests, please contact us before your shoot.
