What preparation is required before the shoot?

Do I have to be on-site during the shoot?
No, as long as you’ve provided clear access details, you don’t need to be there. If you’d like to be featured in the video, just plan to be on-site for that portion, which typically takes 15–30 minutes. After that, you’re free to head out while we capture the rest of the property.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Most property shoots take 2–3 hours, depending on size and selected services. Larger homes or packages with add-ons (like evening shoot) may take a bit longer.
When will I receive the final media?
Final delivery is within 2–3 business days of the shoot. You’ll get a professional download link with all files optimized for MLS and social media.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If something changes, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Weather or emergencies are always handled fairly — communication is key.
Are you insured and legally compliant?
Yes. We carry professional general liability insurance covering property damage and bodily injury. Our aerial/drone operations are flown under FAA Part-107 regulations and in approved airspace.
How do I pay?
An invoice is sent upon delivery, payable by card or bank transfer. Payment is due within 2 days of delivery.
What happens if weather affects the shoot?
If there’s heavy rain, dust, lightning, or other unsafe conditions, we’ll either complete the interior shots and return later for exteriors, or reschedule the full shoot at no extra cost.
If the weather is acceptable but you’d prefer a different look (for example, clear skies or golden hour)… that would count as a new booking.
Can you include community amenities or nearby views in the video?
Yes, simply request it before the shoot. Nearby parks, golf courses, or community features can be included in the video at no extra charge.
